Student accounts are kept by last name (meaning all siblings in Band are in one account). All monies earned from student fundraising or directly given are deposited into their account. The money that is in the student account may be used for trips, items to complete their uniforms, Band Banquet, etc. A Withdraw/ Deposit Form (see link below) from the student’s parent filled out and given to the Band Booster Organization is needed to obtain the payment for the item. The Student Account Chairman will be in charge of all student accounts and will distribute account reports via email throughout the year. A representative of the Boosters will also be in charge of Fundraising activities and questions concerning student fundraising may also be directed to a Booster Officer.
