Final payments are due NO LATER than Tuesday, February 28th 2017!

The trip needs to be paid in full in order for you to go.  If you wish to use your money from your account that you raised from fundraising to pay towards your trip balance, you NEED to fill out a Student Account Form (forms can be found on the website or copies are on the band room door).

Please note that the trip has DECREASED from a total of $975.00 to $950.00.  If you were one of the ones who paid in advance your $25.00 over-payment will be deposited into your Student Account.

The Student Account and Florida trip are 2 different accounts, as everyone has a student account who is in band, however, not everyone is attending the Florida Trip.  Please note that when you raised money thru fundraising that money does not automatically go towards your trip.  You need to fill out a Student Account form stating where the money is to go.  Remember you can also use your Student Account money for band shoes, Kennywood tickets and the Banquet for example.

Cash Bash Tickets!

Time is winding down on the sale of the cash bash tickets so if you need any, please let me know. We can make arrangements to meet and get them to you. Remember, for every ticket that you sell, your child will get $10 put into their student account. For those of you who got you tickets already, please either text or leave me a message @ 724-630-4864 on how many you have left unsold so we can get a count on how many we still have to sell. Please bring all money and ticket stubs to our meeting next Monday, February 6th. If you are unable to make that meeting, please let me know and we can make arrangements to get them to us. It is important that we get them as soon as possible because we have to turn it into the Cash Bash Committee.

Fundraiser Order Pick Up

J&J’s Subs and Gourmet Dips. These orders will be delivered are ready for pick up on 1/26 (tomorrow – Thursday) from 4:30-6:00 at the High School.


Band Banquet RSVP Due

Please return your RSVP to Erin Spielman by January 30th (Monday). You can mail it back to her or put it in the Mailbox in KK’s office. Ticket money MUST be included. If you need a form , please find it  here: Band Banquet Invite 2017.

Remember, the final installment payment is due the end of February to have your total payment of $950.00 for the trip.

Updates for Week of January 9 – 13

Next Band Boosters Meeting is TONIGHT! (January 9th at 7:00 pm in the HS Band Room)

We still have Cash Bash tickets still to sell! $50 each/per person. They will be available tonight at the meeting or contact a Booster Officer. Each ticket that is sold will get 10 dollars credited to their student account.

Anderson’s candy bars are still available and will have them tonight at the meeting.

January Updates — January 3, 2017

Next Band Boosters Meeting is January 9th at 7:00 pm in the HS Band Room. Please try to attend!

We have Cash Bash tickets still to sell! There are still 125 tickets signed out from a total of 225. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year to pay for the Florida trip and other items. Students will get $10 in their account for each ticket sold. This is a fun event with a chance to win money! Anyone who would like tickets, please contact one of the Band Booster Officers or come to the next Booster meeting.

Christmas Concert + Reminders – December 12, 2016

The Christmas Concert is THIS Thursday (December 15th) at 7:00 p.m. Band members should be at the school between 6:00 and 6:15 p.m.

Also, the Freedom High School Junior Class is holding a Spaghetti Dinner to benefit the Prom on Thursday  (12/15). The time is 3 PM – 7 PM in the High School Cafeteria,  and take out will be available. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for children 10 & under. Please help support the Junior Class by attending this dinner before our concert!

Checks can be made payable to Freedom High School Class of 2018.


Reminders:

  • If you ordered Anderson Christmas Candy, pick up is from 3-6 PM Tomorrow (Tuesday the 13th) in the band room at the HS.
  • We need for 2-3 volunteers for doing Seniors scrapbooks. Please let Erin Spielman know ASAP so we can get the books, pictures, etc., to you before school break.
  • We still have plenty more of Anderson Candy Bars if you still want to sell them.  If you are interested, please contact Erin Spielman so she can bring them either tomorrow or Thursday for the Concert.
